Creative Activity: Natural Disaster Research Project

Research a natural disaster – Cyclone and create a summary to share with the class on Padlet. Use visuals and interesting facts to make your post informative and engaging!

Instructions:

Step 1: Research using class resources or safe online sources.

 Step 2: Look for:

  How it occurs (What natural processes cause it?)

  Where does it usually happens (Certain countries or climates?)

  Interesting facts (Is there a famous example?)

 Step 3: Create your Padlet post. Write 3-5 sentences about your disaster, and include:

 At least one image. 

 A fun fact or safety tip.

Step 4: Post your work on the class Padlet and read other students' posts to learn about different natural disasters.

Assessment Criteria:

Your post should be:

 Clear and informative (3-5 sentences).

 Clear Image.

 Include at least one interesting fact or safety tip.
